About Bright Day Pediatric Therapies

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies was created to offer a better way to support children with autism and developmental delays—and the families and clinicians who care for them.

From Our Founder

I started Bright Day as a parent who experienced firsthand how fragmented, confusing, and exhausting the care system can be. I saw how difficult it was to access high-quality, dependable care; how much burden fell on families to coordinate services; and how often clinicians were asked to do complex, meaningful work within systems that didn’t support them well. Too often, that combination fails the very children it is meant to serve.

Bright Day is our answer to that gap.
— Anita Butani, Founder & Executive Director

Care That Feels Simple. Progress That’s Powerful.

At Bright Day, we deliver integrated, clinic-based care designed around real life. By aligning services, schedules, and teams around the child, we aim to reduce burden for families, support clinicians with a strong operational backbone, and focus on progress that matters across home, school, and community.

Our approach is intentionally multidisciplinary and clinic-based. This model allows for closer supervision, clearer communication, stronger coordination across services, and more consistent care—benefiting children, families, and clinicians alike.

Our Mission

Bright Day delivers one-stop, clinic-based care for children with autism and developmental delays that aligns services, schedules, and teams around the child—so families experience less burden, clinicians practice atop a strong operational backbone, and children make meaningful social, emotional, and functional progress across home, school, and community.

Our Promise

Families and clinicians can count on Bright Day to provide:

  • Care that is thoughtfully coordinated and easier to navigate
  • Clear, consistent communication about sessions, goals, and progress
  • Professional, well-run systems that support high-quality clinical work
  • A focus on fostering progress that is felt outside of the clinic

We design care to reduce complexity—not add to it—and we hold ourselves accountable to quality, transparency, and outcomes.

Our Values

Everything we do is guided by a set of core values that show up in every interaction:

  • Child-centered progress – We focus on meaningful gains that support children socially, emotionally, and functionally across environments.
  • Clarity and transparency – Families deserve clear information, honest conversations, and understandable communication.
  • Professional excellence – High-quality care requires strong training, sound judgment, and well-run operational systems.
  • Respect for families – Parents are not clinicians. We aim to build confidence, reduce overwhelm, and support joy rather than pressure.
  • Sustainable care – Clinicians do their best work in stable, supportive environments. Sustainability is essential to quality care.

What Makes Us Different?

Each child begins with a comprehensive intake and assessment. Our clinicians design tailored therapy plans based on your child’s developmental needs and learning style. Progress is closely tracked through data and shared with you during regular family guidance sessions.

Our ABA, speech, and OT providers are all under one roof – working together as a team to support your child. Our therapists meet to align on goals and share insights across disciplines. We also value your input as the parent because we believe you’re the expert on your child.

We streamline care by offering all services at one centrally located clinic. If your child sees multiple therapists, we aim to schedule your child’s appointments back-to-back if possible—giving you a focused block of time for work, errands, or simply catching your breath. Our waiting area includes free Wi-Fi and a quiet room—so you can work or recharge while your child is in session.

We design our systems around real family life—not the other way around. Whether it’s simplifying logistics, building trust, or providing guidance, we’re here to support you, too.

We welcome every child, every identity, and every ability. Bright Day is a place where differences are respected and diversity is celebrated—in our care, our culture, and our community.
